We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced  Airport Booth Manager to oversee and manage daily operations at our airport taxi booth.

Position Overview:

As the  Airport Booth Manager , you will be responsible for supervising the team of booth attendants, ensuring efficient and professional customer service, maintaining compliance with airport regulations, and handling all managerial duties related to the booth's operations.  This is a managerial role and will require the ability to be on-call 24/7 to respond to operational needs, emergencies, or staffing issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities of an Airport Booth Manager:

• Supervise and manage all Airport Booth Attendants
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the airport booth
• Schedule, train, and support booth staff
• Monitor performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
• Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain compliance with airport policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatching of vehicles
• Maintain accurate reports and records for management
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Qualifications of an Airport Booth Manager:

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transportation or airport operations a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
