Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Tags Title Specialist / Title Clerk at our Chalfont, PA location. Experience in title work is not required . This is your opportunity to learn new skills and a new career ! The Title Specialist / Title Clerk will be responsible for processing auto title transactions, verifying and completing various forms of title documentation, liaising with customers and DMV offices, and managing title records and files. This role also involves handling registration renewals, issuing license plates, and ensuring all paperwork is accurately processed and compliant with state regulations. Additionally, the position requires providing excellent customer service and assisting with general office duties as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling and verifying various forms of title documentation
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in paperwork and processes
• Experience working in an office environment and performing general office duties
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with auto title work practices is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous
