🔍 Your Role:

As a Construction Inspector I , you’ll monitor fieldwork, support project and construction managers, and ensure contractors are meeting quality and safety standards. Expect a mix of field and office work in a hybrid schedule — 3 days on-site, 2 remote.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and inspect excavation, boring, cable installation, restoration work, and more.
• Ensure contractor compliance with state safety regulations and project specs.
• Take field measurements to validate contractor billing and work quality.
• Recommend field modifications for efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintain detailed project records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in inspections, 3rd party walks, and project reviews.

📚 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of telecom construction experience
• High school diploma (2-year technical degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, safety practices, and construction workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mapping tools

🚗 Field-Focused:
