Compensation: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Project Analyst to join our team in South San Francisco, CA . Position is full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire and must successfully pass pre-employment screenings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing project documentation and support tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive job folders for construction projects
• Review job packages and complete associated checklists for quality and compliance
• Review and organize as-built documentation and pole completion forms
• Assist Project Managers with managing and tracking work authorizations
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and generate reports as needed
• Analyze project financials along with management team to drive business decisions
• Reconcile project data and develop insights for team decision making

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or minimum 2-3 years of prior Project Administrative/Analyst experience
• Proficient in database management and documentation control
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail; dependable and trustworthy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
