This is a remote position.

SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers, insurance carriers, public entities, third-party administrators, and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Virtual Data Entry and Records Clerk to help maintain and update our digital records and databases. This is an easy, entry-level position that requires basic computer skills and a strong focus on accuracy. You’ll work from home, at your own pace (depending on the schedule), with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems

  • Review and verify the accuracy of information before inputting

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files

  • Sort and label digital files and documents

  • Respond to basic email inquiries related to data entry tasks

  • Perform routine data quality checks and corrections

  • Follow company procedures and meet data entry deadlines


Requirements


  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
