Job Description

Who we are

Together, we’re on a mission to make good health more affordable and accessible, to help millions around the world enjoy healthier lives. It’s a mission that bonds our people across nearly 60 countries and a rich, diverse variety of nationalities and backgrounds. Working here means working with the world’s leading manufacturer of generic medicines, and the proud producer of many of the products on the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines List. Today, at least 200 million people around the world take one of our medicines every single day. An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.

The opportunity

We are looking for a person responsible for organizing, classifying, maintaining, and optimizing digital marketing and communication assets within our DAM system (Veeva PromoMats), ensuring the content is easily searchable, compliant, and ready for use across multiple markets.

How you’ll spend your day

•    Manage the structure and organization of digital assets (tagging, metadata, versioning)
•    Implement naming conventions, folder structures, and tagging rules
•    Categorize and quality-check content (screenshots, CLM presentations, PDFs, videos, etc.)
•    Manage asset statuses in Veeva PromoMats (e.g., Draft, Under Review, Approved, Expired)
•    Collaborate with Brand Managers and internal teams on content preparation and publishing
•    Ensure content meets local/regional market requirements
•    Report on content usage, status, and expiration
•    Onboard new users to the DAM system and provide training on best practices
•    Set up and maintain the Brand Portal: define structure, categorize content, and ensure the availability and accuracy of approved materials
•    Manage user access and permissions for the portal
•    Monitor portal usage and optimize based on user needs
•    Collaborate with designers and brand teams on the visual and functional development of the portal

Your experience and qualifications

•    2–4 years of experience in content management or digital asset administration
•    Experience with DAM systems – ideally Veeva PromoMats, but others are acceptable
•    Preferred experience in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of the MLR process
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills
•    Familiarity with task management tools (Jira, Asana…)
•    Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of French, German or Italian is a plus
