Job Title : Digital Content Manager/Admin

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Plan, manage, and publish digital content across web, intranet, and social platforms.
• Maintain and update CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) content including text, images, videos, and downloadable assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals.
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and SEO compliance.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate timelines with stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Ensure content is accessible, responsive, and meets compliance standards (e.g., WCAG, GDPR).
• Provide basic support and training to staff on content management workflows and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in digital content management or website administration.
• Proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and web publishing standards.
• Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic UX principles.
• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Basic understanding of JavaScript or web development frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative environments using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
