Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute Enhaus’ full digital marketing strategy — including social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and content creation. You will be responsible for amplifying our brand presence, managing external creatives (like Hassan and James), and generating measurable leads that convert into real construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Oversight

  • Build and manage a 12-month marketing plan tied to company revenue goals
  • Coordinate and manage work from contractors (e.g., organic growth lead, paid ads lead, content editors)
  • Conduct regular brand audits and competitive analyses to refine positioning
  • Ensure alignment with company values: premium design, transparency, and customer-centricity

2. Content & Social Media

  • Supervise Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content calendars and postings
  • Oversee or create high-quality, engaging, and educational video/photo content production
  • Monitor trends and optimize for engagement and reach (e.g., using reels, hooks, captions)
  • Leverage platforms like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite to refine creatives (you don’t need to be the editor, but you should know how to guide them)

3. Paid Ads & SEO

  • Manage paid ad funnels (Meta, YouTube, Google) for lead generation
  • Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to create irresistible offers (Hormozi style)
  • Optimize landing pages (e.g., rebuildaltadena.org, ADU service pages) for conversion
  • Oversee keyword/SEO strategy for blog content, YouTube descriptions, and service pages

4. Influencer & Community Growth

  • Build relationships with micro-influencers in home design, LA real estate, and city permit guides
  • Monitor performance of influencer campaigns, UGC, and paid partnerships
  • Engage local communities and real estate groups to grow trust organically

5. Reporting & Optimization

  • Report weekly on KPIs (CTR, CPL, CAC, engagement, follower growth)
  • Conduct A/B testing on hooks, formats, audiences, and timing
  • Use platforms like Notion, Google Sheets, or Airtable to track marketing initiatives

6. Digital Branding & Consistency

  • Develop and enforce a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels (website, social media, Yelp, Google Business, Facebook, and paid ads)
  • Ensure all visuals, tone of voice, review responses, and messaging are aligned across platforms
  • Create and manage brand guidelines for internal team and external creatives
  • Regularly audit and update platforms to reflect current services, visuals, and testimonials

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing (preferably in construction, real estate, or design)
  • Demonstrated success managing both organic content and paid ad funnels
  • Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush or Ahrefs), and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Comfort with startup pace: flexible, fast, and feedback-driven
