Our marketing agency client is seeking an experienced, data-savvy marketing professional to lead its performance media efforts. In this multifaceted role, you'll oversee a portfolio of paid media campaigns, guide a team of digital specialists, and play an integral role in both client strategy and business development.

This position is ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in a hybrid role—someone equally passionate about digital media analytics, high-performing campaigns, and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of paid advertising across platforms such as Google, YouTube, and Meta, ensuring campaigns meet performance benchmarks and client goals.
• Manage and mentor a small but high-performing team of digital marketers, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with design and development teams to conceptualize ad creative and optimize conversion-focused landing pages.
• Develop, analyze, and present performance reports that translate complex metrics into actionable insights.
• Represent the digital strategy in client reviews and pitch meetings, clearly communicating the "why" behind every campaign decision.
• Stay on the cutting edge of emerging platforms, tools, and trends, identifying new opportunities to drive client success.
• Continuously refine internal workflows and best practices to improve team efficiency and results.

Ideal Background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing
• Mastery of campaign execution and optimization across paid search and social platforms (particularly Google Ads and Meta)
• Certified in Google Ads and Meta advertising
• Deep experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, as well as tagging solutions like GTM
• Strong presentation and communication skills, especially when interfacing with clients
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) with a knack for mentoring and talent development
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, dev, and account services)
• Previous experience in an agency or multi-client environment is highly desirable

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing dashboards, or automation/reporting tools
• Participation in successful pitches or proposals for new business
