Thompson Restaurants is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the calendar of digital initiatives across our portfolio of 15 restaurant brands. This role is responsible for driving engagement, conversions, and guest satisfaction through owned digital platforms and third-party delivery channels, including Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grub Hub.
In this role, you will manage website content and functionality, lead email marketing campaigns, and monitor digital guest experience tools — ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization across multiple brands. · 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in multi-location restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
· Proficient with website CMS platforms (Squarespace a plus), email marketing tools (OLO is a plus), and third-party marketplaces.
· Strong understanding of digital KPIs and customer journeys.
· Proven ability to manage projects across departments and balance multiple brand voices.
· Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
· Prior experience managing teams.
· Experience managing restaurant delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub) as well as customer data platforms.
· Knowledge of photoshop, adobe, and Canva.
· Basic design or HTML knowledge is a plus
