Job Title: Director of Compliance (HR, Legal, Compliance)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Industry: Technology

Pay: $100,000 – $120,000

Addison Group is partnering with a highly reputable and inclusive organization in the Greenwood Village area to hire a Director of Compliance . This role offers a collaborative culture and a hybrid schedule that supports work-life balance.

Job Description:

The Director of Compliance will play a key role in overseeing governance, operational processes, and HR functions while supporting executive leadership. This position requires a proactive professional who can streamline administrative operations and ensure compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate governance practices to ensure compliance with company policies and board requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare and distribute Board and Committee meeting materials.
  • Coordinate Board and executive activities, including training sessions and annual meetings.
  • Develop and enhance internal policies, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency.
  • Support employee engagement and company events throughout the year.
  • Manage contract tracking and collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain HR and employee records; support onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance programs.
  • Assist senior executives with scheduling, travel, and project coordination.
  • Support investor relations and vendor administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational leadership- HR operations.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and/or Boards of Directors preferred.
  • Strong understanding of governance, HR, and organizational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote Wednesday & Friday)
  • Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
