Job Overview Winn Underground Services LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Drill Operators to join our growing Field Operations team. As a Drill Operator, you will play a key role in executing underground drilling projects. This hands-on role requires a safety-conscious, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities - Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently for commercial underground projects.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on drilling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and tear-down of job sites.
- Document work completed, including daily logs and equipment reports.
- Report any hazards, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in drilling or related construction work.
- Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus, but not required).
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist in all aspects of field operations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to operate either Ditchwitch or Vermeer equipment.
