We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level AutoCAD Designer to join our team and support the creation of digital project records, drawings, and documentation. • Assist with preparing and updating project drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the engineering team with layout drawings, profiles, and cross-sections for construction and permitting.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as GIS and permitting, to ensure accurate documentation.
• Learn to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs.
• Attend training sessions to build your technical skills.

What You Bring:

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (coursework or school projects welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in engineering, construction, or utility design.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Bonus If You Have:

• Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D, ESRI GIS tools, or Bluebeam (not required).
• Familiarity with civil, utility, or telecom networks.
