We are looking for an experienced Workday Administrator for a 100% remote opportunity. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing Workday Financial systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to align business needs with system functionalities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Workday Financials and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions within Workday Financials.
- Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Financial modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide customer-focused support and act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
- Collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Utilize intellectual curiosity to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday Core Finance, including adaptive and accounting center features when applicable.
- Deliver clear and concise documentation, including business requirements and configuration details.
- Conduct thorough testing of system updates and new implementations to maintain optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.
Requirements - Proven experience with Workday Financials, including implementation and configuration expertise.
- Certification in Workday Core Finance is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with cloud technologies, ERP systems, and CRM tools is highly desirable.
