Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters
Draft essential legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies
Manage fiduciary litigation, including trust and probate disputes
Offer guidance on business succession planning and asset protection strategies
Address federal and state estate and gift tax matters
Counsel clients on Medicaid planning, elder law, and guardianship issues
Supervise the administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts
Represent clients in probate court and fiduciary litigation cases

What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Washington State Bar License
A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
Strong knowledge of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, fiduciary litigation, and charitable planning
Experience with complex estate and tax planning matters
Familiarity with guardianships, elder law, and Medicaid planning is a plus
Excellent legal research, drafting, and client communication skills
