Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: 5 Days on site in Dublin CA

Duration: 5 Months+

Rate : $20 /hr w2

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our team in managing and streamlining store operations. This role involves communication with store personnel, data processing, and reporting to help address customer theft and improve store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Critical thinking understanding information, being able to glean if data is accurate, identify anomalies, with polished communication skills PowerPoint to provide results to senior management.
• Need to gather data, analyze data, summarize data, and present results.
• Send emails to stores, requesting surveys related to inventory and markdown equipment.
• Process inbound ServiceNow tickets by cleaning up content, standardizing information, and correcting spelling errors.
• Follow up with stores to verify the accuracy of submitted information.
• Reference and utilize various files, including Access databases and Excel documents, to assist in data verification.
• Develop and send out emails containing approximately 10 questions to stores; follow up on responses through email and phone calls as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken in ServiceNow tickets.
• Conduct weekly data pulls from ServiceNow, update information in Excel, and compile a summary report for management that includes counts and insights.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.
• Keep track of ongoing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in Excel to handle data exports and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
