We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Midlothian, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating types of heavy machinery (Dozers and Excavators) to support our construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, and bulldozers safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Assist in site preparation, grading, and excavation activities as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
