Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Overview** Performs normalization of formulary data by medication mapping process, BD Library and Central Drug Database curation, medication alignment, data peer review and trending and improvement of key metrics. Produces industry benchmark on the optimal process and workflow design for formulary data in pharmacy automation systems. Assists with the design, implementation, evaluation, curation and continuous improvement of the BD data platform with respect to drug formulary information, and future expansion of other information domains. Reviews industry literature, practice guidelines, and new drug information databases to continue to improve and enrich the BD databases for drug information, and future expansion of other clinical data domains. Supports the collection and reporting of metrics defining benefits realization, efficiency improvement and return on investment associated with BD data platforms in partnership with cross-functional BD departments. **Key responsibilities:** + Performs data normalization and peer review activity for medication and other clinical data. + Actively participates in process alignment, peer-review, process documentation, trend analysis, customer engagement and quality improvement activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience. + Provides clinical subject matter expertise to research and development teams. **Education/Licensure:** + Doctor of Pharmacy degree required + Licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing **Experience:** + Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmacy focused position in a health care institution. + Must be knowledgeable of new trends in clinical management and information systems, and be able to apply data processing technology for the clinical and physician services areas. + Must have a thorough knowledge of Pharmacy practices and principles. Knowledge related to federal and state medical record statues and regulations required. + Thorough knowledge of legal, regulatory, ethical, managerial and organizational, principles and standards for the acute general hospitals and health systems preferred.
