Start your new career as an Injection Molder Operator with MAU at Flexible Technologies in Abbeville, SC. As an Injection Molder Operator, you will operate injection molding machines to fabricate high-quality end fittings and ensure consistent production workflow and product standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 3 months of relevant experience
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements

What You’ll Do as an Injection Molder Operator:

• Operate injection molding machines to attach end fittings to Vacuflex-type hoses
• Load cores, check machine setups, and complete first articles and required charts
• Monitor and organize workflow for support staff and ensure quality during breaks
• Perform minor machine setups and report wear or equipment issues
• Assist with general assembly duties as needed
