Urgent Opportunity: Janitorial Night Supervisor at Del Sol Inc!

Location: Marysville, WA

*Must have at least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel to various locations for quality control checks. 
• Training and monitoring janitorial staff
• Check equipment to ensure it is in working order. Ensure staff are fully trained to use the equipment. 
• Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary (cover shifts) 
• Take inventory and order janitorial supplies
• Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Communicating with the main office and manager about events, complaints, and employee hours and time off requests.
• Email the main office
• Communicate with the Field Manager and HR on employee time sheets, injuries or any personal issues.
• Keep employee information confidential
• Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storing materials. 

Experience:

• 2 years of related experience and/or training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry
• Proficient computer and tablet skills, 
• Experience with janitorial equipment, including automatic scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors, carpet care, etc.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MSDS sheets, etc. 

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. This position requires traveling to different locations, and you must have a valid driver’s license. The ability to communicate effectively in English and being bilingual, is a plus.

Must be able to pass a nationwide background check, drug testing, and be eligible to work in the US.
