Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of cleaners, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

• Address staffing issues professionally and build strong relationships to promote retention.
• Assist in managing labor costs and collaborate on strategies to improve growth and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates to the VP of Operations on staff performance and operational needs.
