Job Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders and team leads to design and build Java-based solutions
Support, enhance, and maintain existing application functionality
Draft and review technical diagrams and documentation for new and existing systems
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers
Share expertise to drive performance and efficiency improvements within the team
Job Skills/Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, MQ, JSON, and XML
Familiar with scripting languages like Perl, Unix Shell, or Python
Working knowledge of SQL (DB2, Snowflake)
Exposure to DevOps tools: Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Bitbucket, GitHub
Knowledge of workload automation tools (Autosys, Control-M)
Bonus if you’ve worked with Drools (DRL), JavaScript, or Angular
Familiar with enterprise design patterns and architecture best practices
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in Investment Management and understanding of trade lifecycle is a plus
