At McHur Care, we're on a mission to provide compassionate, high impact behavioral health services to youth across Texas. We're seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about delivering quality care, supporting at risk children and adolescents, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you'll conduct psychosocial assessments, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver crisis interventions all while mentoring early-career clinicians and ensuring every client’s care journey is informed, ethical, and trauma-informed.
What You'll Do:
✔️ Conduct and review comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
✔️ Collaborate with QMHPs and care teams to coordinate services
✔️ Ensure clinical documentation meets Medicaid, HIPAA, and internal compliance standards
What You Bring:
✅ Active LPC license in Texas
✅ 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally with pediatric populations
✅ Strong diagnostic, crisis response, and treatment planning skills
✅ Cultural competence and a trauma-informed mindset
✅ Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
