About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing coordination, shipment tracking, and vendor relations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes and strategies to minimize costs, reduce shipping times, and enhance accuracy.

  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, vendors, and fulfillment centers to ensure seamless operations and resolve logistical issues promptly.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting demand accurately to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with logistics providers and shipping carriers to optimize rates and services.

  • Analyze and report on key logistics performance metrics (delivery times, shipping costs, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping requirements, and international trade laws.

  • Develop contingency plans for logistical disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role, specifically Amazon FBA or Walmart Marketplace.

  • Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics best practices, shipping procedures, customs regulations, and international trade.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice to Haves:

  • Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
