About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing coordination, shipment tracking, and vendor relations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement efficient logistics processes and strategies to minimize costs, reduce shipping times, and enhance accuracy.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, vendors, and fulfillment centers to ensure seamless operations and resolve logistical issues promptly.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting demand accurately to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Negotiate contracts and terms with logistics providers and shipping carriers to optimize rates and services.
Analyze and report on key logistics performance metrics (delivery times, shipping costs, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping requirements, and international trade laws.
Develop contingency plans for logistical disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role, specifically Amazon FBA or Walmart Marketplace.
Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Comprehensive understanding of logistics best practices, shipping procedures, customs regulations, and international trade.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Nice to Haves:
Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
