High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, and control systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
