Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Hope AR

Pay: $21 will go to $23.75 once rolled over with company

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 2:00pm

Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12am

Location: Hope, AR

**Summary: **

Repairs and maintains machinery, electrical equipment, production machines and equipment. Perform housekeeping duties to keep a clean and organized work area while putting safety first. May also perform a variety of building and facilities maintenance tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

General knowledge of gear reducers, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics electro-mechanical installation and the use of precision measurement tools required.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Able to use electrical tools and meters.
Ability to solder.
Reasoning ability, communication skills, organizational skills, mechanical abilities, troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of welding and basic hand tools.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred and previous experience in manufacturing environment helpful. General maintenance of equipment and property.
Electrical experience Preferred. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to react in an efficient timely manner.
Able to work any shift (nights and weekends), holidays and overtime as required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
