We’re looking for a dedicated Managing Lead A&P Mechanic to join our life-saving team in Mesa, AZ . Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Manage daily inspections, repairs, and stock levels for assigned aircraft.
• Review maintenance documentation to meet FAA and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with RAMCO entries and maintenance tracking.
• Lead and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor parts inventory and tool calibration schedules.

Requirements:

• FAA A&P Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to travel and work night shifts as needed.
• Experience in sheet metal or avionics troubleshooting preferred.
