**Job title:** **Marketing & Design Specialist**

**Type of employment:** **Full-time (Remote)**

**Budget:** $8/hr - $10/hr

**Shift Schedule:** 9 AM - 5 PM EST

This role blends product design support and marketing execution, with a strong focus on CADs, print design, content creation, and video production. The candidate will play a key role in driving marketing campaigns and supporting product development, particularly for the fast-growing pet accessories division.

Their newest category, which will be one of the main focuses of this role, is pet accessories, which include nameplates, seasonal collections, and pet accessories like collars, leashes, and more.

**Objectives of this role:**

* Develop accurate and print-ready CAD files and marketing materials that align with product standards.
* Support product development and marketing initiatives to accelerate the growth of the pet division.
* Produce compelling video and digital content to boost product visibility and enhance campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create CADs and die lines for product designs.
* Edit and source images from stock platforms (e.g., Shutterstock).
* Organize and manage design files efficiently.
* Generate new design concepts to support product development.
* Create marketing assets for social media, email, and product listings.
* Develop engaging short-form video content for product launches and campaigns.
* Conduct basic market and competitor research to guide design and marketing strategies.
* Collaborate and communicate clearly while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Required skills and qualifications:**

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat (live drawings, die lines, PDF CADs).
* Skilled in print design and marketing asset creation.
* Experience creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
* Background in social media content creation and basic marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing data and supporting product/marketing reporting.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

**Nice to have:**

* Interest or experience in the pet accessories industry.
* Paid license of Adobe Illustrator.
* Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image generators) for productivity and ideation.
