Entry-Level Onboarding Coordinator

Mon–Fri | 8AM–5PM

Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in HR or business operations ? Focus People is hiring a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Coordinator to join our team onsite in Atlanta!

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential for someone eager to learn and contribute from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage onboarding paperwork, orientation, I-9s, and E-Verify
• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings
• Support office tasks like supply orders, phone handling, and client check deposits
• Track contractor attendance and send contracts via DocuSign
• Respond to Google reviews and send appreciation gifts/cards
• Maintain records and help improve internal processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent grad (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with admin tasks and multitasking
