Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, performance, and compliance across all reporting solutions.
Provide user training and ongoing support for Oracle reporting tools.
Collaborate with Oracle Cloud implementation partners and internal teams to ensure reporting readiness.
Business Process & Analysis: Strong understanding of business processes with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process optimization, and translating needs into technical reporting solutions.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects involving multiple systems and dependencies.
Technical Expertise:
At least 4 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst or reporting lead.
Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ERP data structures, and the SDLC.
Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.
ERP Functional Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud, R12, Workday, or PeopleSoft) in HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Involvement in at least one full-cycle implementation as a senior team member, lead, or project manager.
Testing & Validation: Demonstrated experience in ERP reporting validation, test planning, and cross-module functional configuration.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
Dashboard Design & Insights: Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and leveraging analytics for strategic decisions.
Independence & Adaptability: Self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to shifting priorities.
Data Security Awareness: Familiarity with data privacy regulations, role-based access control, and security best practices in enterprise reporting environments.
