Learn more at . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape.
- Perform touch-ups and repair damaged areas as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Deliver professional, respectful customer service on every job site.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Painter in the construction or remodeling industry.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and finishes.
- Familiarity with hand tools and spray equipment used in painting projects.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients.
- Willingness to relocate to Bismarck, ND 58504 before starting work (required).

Schedule - Full-time, 8-hour shifts
