Job Description

Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator on a part-time, contract basis. This role is vital in supporting daily administrative operations, with a focus on data entry utilizing Excel and ensuring the smooth functioning of internal processes.

Key Points

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to faculty and staff
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry for records, schedules, and documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data management
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing internal communications
  • Provide general office support, including file management and supply coordination

About You

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working onsite

This contract, part-time position offers up to $24.00 per hour. This opportunity is fully onsite, with the added benefit of remote work on Fridays during summer.
