PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS MANAGER - Health, Wellness, Lifestyle and Beauty (PT)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek a part-time Partnerships & Events Manager to lead high-impact brand collaborations and experiential initiatives for IHC and its clients. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic marketer with a deep understanding of the wellness and lifestyle ecosystem, a proven track record in brand partnerships, and strong production sensibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Partnerships

• Source, negotiate, and manage high-value brand partnerships in health, wellness, longevity, clean beauty, and fitness brands.
• Build and nurture relationships with aligned brands, thought leaders, and event organizers.
• Lead all stages of partnership execution—from ideation and contracts to deliverables and reporting.
• Define KPIs for each collaboration and ensure performance benchmarks are met.
• Collaborate with internal social and PR teams to develop 360° digital strategies supporting each partnership.
• Oversee partnership communications, timelines, creative asset development, and budget tracking.
• Ensure partner-facing reports, sales performance recaps, and metrics are delivered on schedule.
• Manage collaboration contracts, licensing, and legal considerations with agency leadership.
• Stay informed on pop culture, emerging trends, and influencer landscapes that drive relevance and engagement.

Experiential & Event Production

• Lead end-to-end event planning: concept development, vendor coordination, creative production, and execution.
• Execute a range of event formats—pop-ups, panels, product launches, wellness dinners, and brand activations.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and on-site production. Serve as a contact for clients and partners.
• Direct the team on vendor sourcing, invoice tracking, and event logistics.
• Collaborate on influencer/guest list curation with PR and executive teams; manage RSVPs and attendance strategy.
• Ensure all events deliver on brand goals, visual aesthetics, and community-building objectives.

Client & Internal Collaboration

• Act as the day-to-day lead for partnership and event programs across assigned clients.
• Partner with internal teams (PR, social, influencer) to align activations with broader brand strategy.
• Communicate updates, milestones, and performance metrics to internal and client stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, or event production—preferably within health, wellness, or lifestyle.
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end partnerships and event programs.
• Deep network and knowledge of the wellness, longevity, beauty, and clean living industries.
• Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder, internally and externally.
• Comfortable with occasional travel, and evening/weekend event execution.
• Passionate about wellness, cultural trends, and storytelling through experience.
