About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive performance testing strategies for our enterprise applications. This critical role requires deep expertise in Performance Engineering , with hands-on proficiency in scripting and execution using tools like LoadRunner and NeoLoad . You will be responsible for defining performance benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring our applications meet high standards of scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad .
• Lead performance testing efforts, including load , stress , endurance , and scalability testing .
• Define performance benchmarks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across various application layers ( UI , API , database , infrastructure ).
• Recommend and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps , and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to integrate performance testing into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior performance engineers and QA teams on performance testing best practices.
• Create detailed documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Performance Engineering .
• Expertise in performance testing tools, including LoadRunner and NeoLoad .
• Proficiency with various protocols such as Web HTML , JMS , SAP , and Citrix .
• Deep knowledge of system architecture , cloud platforms ( AWS , Azure , GCP ), and containerization ( Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Dynatrace , New Relic , or AppDynamics .
• Solid understanding of networking, databases, and application performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other performance testing tools such as JMeter .
• Familiarity with scripting languages ( Python , JavaScript , Bash ) and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft APIs .
• Experience integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
