We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities. **About the role** **Pilates Reformer Instructor - Bentonville, AR** Part-time, teaching Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a certified & experienced **Pilates Reformer Instructor** to join the whole health team at our state-of-the-art facility in **Bentonville, Arkansas** . In this role, you'll provide expert guidance and instruction in Pilates exercises on the Reformer machine, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to enhance their strength, flexibility, and well-being. Instructors will lead classes of up to 6 participants and also provide semi-private/private reformer classes. Responsible for providing clear and effective instruction on the proper use of Pilates Reformer equipment. Demonstrate exercises and techniques to clients while ensuring correct form and alignment. **Minimum Requirements** + Pilates Reformer certification required. + Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required. + 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $40 - $45/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
