We seek a motivated, organized individual to join our growing team of hospitality professionals. Candidates with Luxury hotel experience are preferred but not required. We invite you to apply if you have grounds and maintenance or refined customer service skills. This is a full-time position that includes only evening shifts. Experience: - At least one year as a maintenance for a small to medium-sized business.
- Knowledge and experience with cleaning pools.
- Experience as a maintenance worker within the hospitality industry is not required but preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Excellent customer service.
- Prioritizing daily routine tasks.
- Assist with preventive maintenance issues and repairs at the Inn and Pink Adobe.
- General cleaning around the property, including the Pink Adobe.
- Organization and inventory of all department parts and tools.
- Assist with maintaining the pool area and chemicals to standards and per state regulations.
- Perform seasonally related tasks to maintain the proper appearance of the Inn and Pink Adobe, i.e., minor landscaping duties, snow removal, rain preparedness, fireplace lighting, and cleaning.
- Valet by Valet Guest's vehicles as needed.
- Able to shuttle Inn guests to desired destinations within authorized driving range.
- Assists with other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
