Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and user needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize product roadmaps.
- Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and effective communication across teams.
- Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and execute product launch plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and leverage data to inform product decisions.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously refine features and functionality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends that can enhance product development.
- Lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

What You'll Need:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role focused on digital product development.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and practices.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Why You'll Love This Role:

- Flexible work environment: Work where and when it suits you, as long as you meet your objectives.
- Supportive team culture: You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on a shared vision, with a strong emphasis on growth and learning.
- Ongoing learning opportunities: Participate in a Book and Masterclass Club to keep expanding your knowledge and skills.
- Mentorship and team building: Get personal guidance from experienced team members and enjoy monthly team meetings to celebrate successes and build connections.
