Product Manager - Digital Sales & Marketing Ventures (Vice President Level)
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in discovering, testing, and incubating disruptive solutions to help financial advisors grow their client base. What You'll Do
As a Product Manager, you will:
Own the vision: Partner with service designers and strategists to define the vision, business model, pricing, investment needs, and operational framework for new services.
Lead discovery: Interact with financial advisors to gather feedback, uncover insights, and identify areas for improvement.
Pilot and iterate: Design and implement A/B tests, track performance, and take a data-driven approach to refine and enhance services.
Build business cases: Conduct pricing and unit economic analyses to create compelling business cases for new offerings.
Assemble and lead teams: Recruit and guide cross-functional teams from the discovery phase through to full-scale launch.
Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to articulate the vision, report progress, and align on key decisions.
About You
We're seeking a high-energy, versatile professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to shape innovative solutions in the financial services space.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in business or product management/development, or strategy consulting with expertise in areas such as corporate strategy, innovation, or product development.
1-2 years of experience in digital sales, marketing, and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or equivalent.
Experience with sales processes, funnel optimization, and inbound/outbound marketing.
2+ years at a fast-growing company, particularly in scaling products to market.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with Lean Startup methodology and human-centered design principles.
Experience facilitating collaborative workshops and developing business models, products, and services.
Passion for fintech and a commitment to expanding access to financial guidance.
