Product Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing Ventures (VP Level)

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the discovery, testing, and incubation of innovative solutions that empower financial advisors to expand their client base. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can bridge strategy with execution, leveraging digital sales and marketing expertise to create impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

Define the vision for new services in collaboration with service designers and strategists, establishing business models, pricing structures, investment needs, and operational frameworks.
Lead service discovery by engaging with financial advisors to gather insights, test concepts, and refine offerings.
Design and execute pilot programs, A/B testing different features and operational models to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Analyze pricing and unit economics, developing compelling business cases for new services.
Build and scale teams from initial discovery through full launch based on business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, designers, business operations, and analysts, to drive innovation.
Communicate with senior leadership, articulating vision, sharing progress, and aligning on key business decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a high-energy, adaptable professional with a deep understanding of product development and financial services. If you love problem-solving, strategy, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy consulting with a focus on corporate strategy, innovation, or product development.
1-2 years of experience in digital sales, marketing, and lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
Experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, inbound/outbound marketing.
2+ years of experience scaling offerings at a fast-growing company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and drive actionable decisions.
Familiarity with Lean Startup methodologies.
Proven experience in designing and refining business models, products, and services for strategic growth.
Background in human-centered design and/or facilitating collaboration workshops.
Passion for financial services and fintech, with a commitment to expanding financial guidance to more people.
