Compensation Overview:

C-Shift: $20.76 per hour , perfect for early evening workers. (Off Sunday & Monday)
A-Shift: $21.26 per hour , ideal for night owls. (Off Saturday & Sunday)

Training Period Perks: Friday & Saturday off!

Your Role Dynamically Redefined:

In this highly skilled position, you will drive the efficiency and efficacy of extrusion and thermoforming operations. Elevate yourself in a role where safety and innovation blend seamlessly with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery with a focus on quality and safety.
Tackle mechanical issues with precision solutions.
Offer creative insights to enhance production processes.
Become a mentor for junior staff and lead by example.
Document production outputs and machine operations accurately.
Spot and remedy defects with proactive machine tweaks.
Promote a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Display mechanical acuity alongside superb communication skills.

Qualifications:

Dexterous hands and a knack for detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Keen observation and analytical thinking
Strong math and troubleshooting capabilities
Insight into production quality and thermoforming systems

Proficient Use Of:

Machines such as injection and blow molding
Extrusion systems and measurement devices
Technical tools including calipers and micrometers
