Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and knowledgeable Cruise Vacation Planner to join our remote team. This role involves consulting with clients, recommending cruise options, managing bookings, and supporting travelers throughout their journey. Whether you're an experienced cruise enthusiast or eager to learn the ropes, this is an exciting opportunity to help others explore the world by sea.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, destinations, and travel goals
Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories based on client needs
Book and manage cruise reservations, including excursions, dining, and onboard services
Provide pre- and post-booking support, including payment schedules, documentation, and FAQs
Monitor cruise line promotions and offers to match clients with the best value
Collaborate with suppliers and customer support teams to resolve issues and confirm details
Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and communications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or cruise booking is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client needs at once
Comfortable working remotely using digital tools and booking platforms
Passion for cruising and helping others plan memorable experiences
Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet connection
