We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Risk Control Consultant to deliver onsite evaluations and risk mitigation strategies for our clients. This dynamic role requires regular travel to a diverse array of client facilities—such as industrial, commercial, and high-value asset sites. You’ll conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide tailored recommendations to safeguard operations and support underwriting and claims efforts.
Conduct thorough onsite surveys of client facilities, evaluating structural integrity, equipment safety, operations, and environmental hazards.
Assess and analyze risks related to property, operational processes, machinery, fire protection systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
Develop and deliver detailed risk control recommendations—customized for prevention, loss mitigation, and operational optimization.
Collaborate closely with underwriting teams, claims handlers, and client stakeholders to present findings and support decision-making.
Produce clear, well-organized reports, risk improvement plans, and consultation documentation.
Stay current with industry best practices, codes, standards, and emerging risk trends to enhance client advisories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through onsite interactions and professional rapport.
Provide follow-up assessments to track implementation progress and ensure compliance with risk recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU) preferred.
At least 3–5 years of experience in risk control, loss prevention, engineering, or site safety assessments.
Strong analytical and observational skills, with attention to detail in identifying facility vulnerabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly.
Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to varied work environments and client settings.
Proficiency with reporting tools, computers, and inspection software for efficient documentation.
Self-motivated, professional, and client-centric in conducting onsite evaluations and follow-through
