We need talent, and good talent is paid well! No experience is necessary; however, some sales and Ford experience is preferred. Our pay plan is one of the best found in any dealership, anywhere! Our associates are truly our #1 asset, and we know how to take care of them. Our average consultant earns over $7,000.00 a month. Our top consultant earns over $15,000.00 a month.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
