Job Description

Set up and operate automatic multi-color screen printing presses to print high-quality designs on bottles in a glass decorating facility. Ensure efficient production, precise output, and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate multi-color automatic screen printing presses for glass bottle printing.
• Work with thermoplastic and UV inks, ensuring proper application and curing.
• Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure printed bottles meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in screen printing on glass or similar substrates.
• Experience with thermoplastic and UV inks.
• Knowledge of press maintenance and optimization.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive tasks in a production setting.
