Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized business processes on the ServiceNow Platform. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and compliant solutions that support mission-critical IT service management functions. The successful candidate will be an experienced technical consultant who is comfortable analyzing business requirements, managing development timelines, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced federal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Partner with teams with the organization to create and provide instructions and/or training for utilizing the platform to align with best practices.
• Analyze business needs and requirements to create scalable, efficient solutions aligned with project goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time implementation in accordance with project schedules.
• Maintain high standards for performance, usability, and security across all ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining ITSM processes and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including building custom applications and modules.

• Proficiency in scripting and platform capabilities, including GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workspaces, and the Now Platform.Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB principles.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570 equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HAM, SAM, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM ServiceNow Applications
• Experience in federal or DoD IT environments.
• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
