About the role:

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience with online community outreach, digital PR, and link building.

• Strong track record in link building and outreach.

• Hands-on skills in WordPress CMS, HTML, and CSS.

• Comfortable writing briefs, collaborating with writers, and managing content workflows.

• Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics/Search Console.

• Organized, self-directed, and results-driven.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and run white hat link building campaigns, including outreach on Reddit and other niche communities.

• Identify high-quality websites and influencers for link opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, content managers, and influencers to secure online placements.

• Negotiate and manage paid placements, sponsored content, and collaborations.

• Write content briefs and then work with content writers to develop and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.

• Add pages and update content directly within WordPress CMS platform.

• Use basic HTML and CSS to ensure clean formatting, structure, and on-page elements.

• Monitor keyword performance, backlink profiles, and site health via Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.

• Stay up to date on algorithm changes and organic search trends.

Expectations include:

• Build high-quality backlinks through strategic relationship-building and content promotion.

• Improve search engine ranking by building up domain and brand authority.

• Key performance indicators include domain authority score, brand authority score, and referral traffic (users/sessions and conversions) from targeted websites, platforms, and influencers.

Compensation includes:

• $55,000 annual

• Flexible hours

• 12-day PTO accrual (1-day per month worked)
