Job Description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **ServiceNow Developer** to join our team. This is a **remote** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Interfaces with the other developers, business Analysts, customers, and management team for grooming stories, and providing guidance on best practices and development approach. + Design, develop, test and debug solutions on ITSM Pro ServiceNow platform to include experience with Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalog, and other ITIL services. + Manages the production and dev/test environments. + Develop custom solutions as needed by leveraging web services, 3rd party integrations and internal data sources. + Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. + Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs. + Administer the ServiceNow instance including upgrades, deployments, the delegation of roles, groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions. **Minimum Qualifications:** + A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the platform to include three (3) years of Development, implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions and B.S. in a related field. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. + Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and effectively managing multiple priorities and assignments to meet assigned deadlines. + Proven ability in workflow, data analysis and design techniques, including needs assessment, specification development, quantitative methods, planning and gap analysis + Experience working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and interacting with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated use of effective communication and interpersonal relations to achieve established goals + Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE, Workflow Editor. Experience with Plugins such as Agile 2, Integration Hub and Design Flow. Experience with development using HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, REST. + Well versed with developing with ServiceNow Orlando release. **Preferred Qualifications:** + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist + ITIL certification **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust prior to starting this position **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
