Chef Chetan Shetty , formerly of Rania in DC and Indian Accent, is seeking a talented Sous Chef for our new modern Indian restaurant.
Under Chef Chetan's leadership, Rania was awarded its first Michelin star in just its opening year, and we aspire to achieve similar recognition in NYC! While experience in Indian cuisine is not mandatory, some familiarity would be a plus.
