About the Role
The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in the hospital, overseeing daily operations, supporting an engaged and collaborative team, and ensuring a positive culture built on trust and communication. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the business and people side of veterinary medicine—driving operational success while fostering a healthy, happy workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop hospital staff through recruiting, training, and mentorship
• Partner with leadership and finance to manage budgets and analyze key performance indicators
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and hospital operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain inventory, safety, and compliance systems
• Support a culture of collaboration, quality care, and continuous improvement

About You

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Practice Manager (veterinary or human healthcare preferred)
• Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions
• Financial acumen, including experience reviewing P&L statements
• A passion for team culture, client service, and compassionate patient care

Compensation
$65,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
