The Opportunity

As the Vice President of Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You'll work closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute growth strategies, drive product innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Champion the voice of the customer at the executive level.
Develop and own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals.
Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing product management team.
Foster alignment across teams by prioritizing impactful initiatives and communicating their value.

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and communicate the value proposition and competitive positioning of our products.
Drive innovation and growth through data-driven decision-making.
Ensure a cohesive and exceptional product experience across all offerings.

Feature Development

Build and optimize the product roadmap to deliver meaningful results.
Conduct hypothesis-driven feature development supported by qualitative and quantitative research.
Create clear, actionable requirement documents for new products and features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, engineering, and other teams to bring product ideas to life.
Utilize agile methodologies to iterate and improve based on feedback.
Make informed decisions quickly and communicate them effectively.

Success Measurement

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of new features.
Leverage insights, competitive analysis, and data to refine strategies.
Continuously evaluate and optimize team performance and resource allocation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced and visionary product leader with a proven track record in driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring:

Extensive experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or related industries.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
Expertise in managing complex product portfolios and leading through M&A.
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for supporting creative professionals.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in book creation, publishing, photography, design, or creator-focused industries.
Familiarity with transitioning from legacy systems to modern SaaS platforms.
Experience working with distributed teams, including offshore engineering.

Location & Benefits

Preference for candidates local to Seattle, but remote candidates open to traveling onsite 1-2 weeks per month are welcome.
Competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, and stock options.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 250,000.00 400,000.00 Per Year
